Vote for Kiel sportsperson of the year!

Kiel claims to be “sailing city” - therefore it does not surprise that the major newspaper in Kiel suggests 3 sailors to become Kiel’s sportsperson of the year:

-Heiko Kroeger is a multiple world champion and Olympic medalist in the 2.4 class - also as sales manager of Holmenkol Marine-Products sponsor of Beluga Racer.

-Wolfgang Hunger is multiple world champion and Olympic medalist in 470 and world champion in the 505. He holds 17 victories in the Kiel Week and recently won the 505 European Championships together with Julien Kleiner who used to sail with Boris many years against Wolfgang.

-Boris, who  sailed Beluga Racer from France to the US, to Canada, back to France, then - together with Felix - around the world and finally back to Kiel to a lovely welcome by the Kieler Yacht Club this summer.
